Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker (not an agent) therefore, my level of education, experience and continuing education is higher than 95% of all other agents. My performance for the past 20 years is over $150 million dollars in closed sales.

• Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) which means that I have voluntarily taken extensive courses in marketing, pricing & staging luxury homes and subsequently sold more than enough to earn this certification and to maintain it. (A property must sell for greater than $500,000 to qualify as a luxury home.)

• Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) who works with seniors to “right size” their living arrangements and to relocate to locations where they want to spend the next phase of their lives.

• Resort & Second Home Specialist Certified (RSPS) which means I understand the opportunities that exist with unique recreational opportunities in our area and how to attract buyers who are looking for those opportunities. It also means that I am knowledgeable about the investment implications of buying a second home, vacation home or rental property.

• Certified Residential Specialist  (CRS) is a REALTOR® who has completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstand­ing professional achievement in residential real estate.
  CRS agents are among the top 3 percent of all real estate agents in the U.S. They have more experience, education and training than the average REALTOR® and are members of a community of agents dedicated to improving the real estate industry for homebuyers and sellers everywhere.
